DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY

Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for transfer to Halong (applicable to guests booking our transfer service).

11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and prepare for boarding.

12:30 | Transfer to Amanda Luxury Cruise
A tender boat will transfer you to Amanda Luxury Cruise in approximately 30–45 minutes. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink while the Cruise Manager provides a safety briefing and an overview of the itinerary.

13:00 | Lunch on board
Enjoy lunch as the cruise begins sailing through Lan Ha Bay, a quieter and more pristine extension of Halong Bay. Along the way, admire Finger Islet, Candle Islet, and thousands of impressive limestone islands.

15:30 | Dark & Bright Cave
Explore the beautiful Dark & Bright Cave area by kayak or traditional bamboo boat rowed by local people. Glide through the peaceful lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs and lush greenery.

17:00 – 18:00 | Sunset Party and Cooking Class
Return to the cruise and relax on the sundeck with Vietnamese tea or coffee while enjoying the sunset. Take advantage of the Happy Hour offer — buy two drinks and receive one free. You may also join the cooking class, where the chef will show you how to prepare traditional Vietnamese fried spring rolls.

19:00 | Gala Dinner
Enjoy a candlelit dinner featuring local specialities on the sundeck, weather permitting.

20:00 – 23:00 | Evening Activities
Spend a relaxing evening surrounded by the peaceful scenery of Lan Ha Bay. Activities include bamboo dancing, the Footsteps of Heritage traditional costume show, squid fishing, and a complimentary herbal foot bath — one set per cabin. Drinks at the Sky Bar and massage treatments are available at an additional charge.

The cruise anchors overnight in a quiet area of Lan Ha Bay.

DAY 2: VIET HAI VILLAGE – CAT BA ISLAND

06:15 | Tai Chi Session
Begin the day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while enjoying the peaceful morning scenery of Lan Ha Bay. Guests wishing to watch the sunrise may wake up between 05:30 and 06:00, depending on the season.

06:30 – 07:15 | Light Breakfast
Enjoy tea, coffee, and pastries at the restaurant as the cruise sails towards the next destination.

08:30 | Viet Hai Village, Cat Ba Island
Transfer to a day boat and cruise through Lan Ha Bay to Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. From Viet Hai Pier, cycle approximately 5 kilometres through the peaceful countryside to the village, which lies within Cat Ba National Park and is surrounded by forest-covered mountains. Despite its growing popularity, Viet Hai has retained its quiet and unspoiled atmosphere. Guests who prefer not to cycle may travel by electric car.

12:00 | Lunch on the Day Boat
The day boat anchors in a quiet and scenic area, where lunch is served on board.

13:00 – 14:00 | Kayaking at Tai Queo Cave
Explore the Tai Queo Cave area by kayak with the guide. Paddle through a limestone cave leading to a secluded lagoon surrounded by dramatic karst mountains, often described as the “Dragon’s Eye”.

14:00 – 14:30 | Swimming at Ba Trai Dao Beach
Continue to the Ba Trai Dao area, where you can swim and relax in the clear, calm water.

16:00 – 16:30 | Return to Amanda Luxury Cruise
Return to Amanda Luxury Cruise and relax on the sundeck with a plate of fresh fruit while sailing through the scenic Tra Bau overnight anchorage.

17:00 – 18:00 | Sunset Party and Cooking Class
Relax on board and enjoy the sunset over Lan Ha Bay. Join the Sunset Party and take advantage of the Happy Hour offer — buy two drinks and receive one free. You may also join the cooking class, where the chef will show you how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes such as fried spring rolls.

19:00 | Gala Dinner
Enjoy a selection of local dishes prepared and served by the onboard team while admiring the evening scenery of Lan Ha Bay.

20:00 – 23:00 | Evening Activities

08:00 | Tra Bau Area
Visit the Tra Bau area for kayaking and swimming amid the beautiful limestone scenery. The area is known as one of the filming locations associated with Kong: Skull Island.

09:00 | Return to the Cruise
Return to Amanda Luxury Cruise and relax before check-out.

09:30 | Check-out
Complete the check-out procedure and settle any additional charges.

09:45 | Early Lunch
Enjoy a buffet-style early lunch at the restaurant on the second deck.

10:45 – 11:30 | Return to Tuan Chau Marina
Transfer by tender boat to Waiting House No. 12 at Tuan Chau Marina, marking the end of the cruise.

11:30 – Return to Hanoi if you booked the transfer service.

15:00 – 15:30 – Drop-off at your address in Hanoi Old Quarter or the meeting point.
